Take A Dive, Into My Life

Once you take a trip into someones life, you realize so many more things you might have never noticed before.

Their personality
Their habits, good or bad
even THEM...they might finally take the risk to open up to you

When they do, its your turn to take the wheel and decide if you want to stay on or take the next exit.

For me, my own style of art, photography or free hand sketches, represents what i see almost everyday, my friends, my family, my loves. Seeing these, might even spring a memory of you, and that is what i wish to do, to not only grab your attention from the amazing look or detail, but to tease you, to make you wish the photo was yours, so you would remember your precious memories.

My art, my memories, make me want to remember everything, but only the best things are written on paper...

Do you think you understand me now?....ha i think not.

The Start of the End

For my Concentration, i decided to take my photography and add either painting or some additional media to it, showing my ability to use different mediums on the same piece.

As i began to see my progress with these pieces, i realized that the photo it self, being on a shine photo paper, it suddenly would loose color and scratch off, which wasnt good.

Luckily, my teacher, Ms. Kury, said i should use my digital ability and draw on the photos with digital 'paint' instead of actual paint, then, it wouldnt ruin the beautiful photo.

So ending from Concentration #4, i am going to proceed my other photos using adobe photoshop, instead of acryillic paint.
#1-4 Done.

Ghosting

This is my ghosting piece.
I decided to base it off my childhood memories relating it to now.

During criteque, i noticed from my classmates and teachers that the street sign read "Dr. Heat," not realizing that it related somewhat to my story, i said, "i'll change it" but now, going back to it, i think it does relate to my life, and the sentimental story i wrote on this piece, so i think i'll leave it. : )

The only thing i like about this piece, is the sign itself, the shading of the sign, and maybe the sunny coloring another coincidence to the "Dr. Heat." :)

PIXELATED PORTRAIT

This is my pixelated portrait, i found it a bit hard for me to picture what each individual pixel would look like, even though we printed out a picture from photoshop.

Even though it didnt come out as great as i wanted, i like it, it looks a bit tribal? different and stunning in my own way i suppose. But i have to admit, this isnt my favorite piece, if anything its my least favorite.

Maybe one day i'll redo this with a completely different photo.

ARTIST TRADING CARDS

ARTIST TRADING CARDS!

this is just the first set, the others were blue if i remember correctly.
It was fun :D
i liked how they came out too...and the original card was pokemon cards, which ithought related to me because

1. i like anime
2. pokemon is like nation known!!!

it was fun, i'd like to do it again..but maybe not now because we are overloaded with work D:

Artist Trading Cards

When we were assigned to make Artist Trading Cards, i was thrilled. To make actual cards that artt

1. a piece of art
2. something that is actually nation wide
3. that shows a little piece of you that you trade with others

i liked it alot, and i hope when i go to college, i will meet tons of peope who do trading cards as well.

When we traded ours, i loved seeing everyone's ideas placed on these cards, they were cute, amazing, stunning, ect ect.

i would love to do this again. :D
